Hi, I'm Emma

As Founder of Red Tent Yoga. I have specialised in women’s health for over 20 years, in particular prenatal & postnatal yoga & birth preparation.

As a psychotherapist, I offer Perinatal counselling for pregnant women and mothers to help adjust to the new pressures of life, relationship & body changes, as well as any trauma associated with the birth.

As a mother of 2 grown daughters, I am passionate about supporting Teen girls moving through adolescence into their maiden years.

I have experienced miscarriage, marriage separation, health crisis and menopause. I bring all of my life experiences into our sessions with care, thought & wisdom.
